You can watch our videos and see the huge 1/2+ acre fenced lot where we shoot some of our videos. The field can be mowed, unmowed etc as long as we know in advance. The look of the grass and trees is seasonal, meaning green in summer, brown and leafless in winter.
The 600' private road has a guard rail and paved parking areas with loads of room for equipment trucks, trailers and staging or service vendors.
Having a private road is critical for a drunk guy like Mr Dog Poop when he is driving his Massey Model 12 and cannot be arrested by the police.
Or for blowing up watermelons on the 4th of July.
